Privacy policy
snow_hired is pre-launch and currently in waitlist mode — no accounts, no charges. This policy covers what we collect today and will be expanded as sign-in and member features launch. Version 2026-11-01.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the time you signed up, and basic technical metadata (referrer, UTM parameters) so we can measure interest and email you about snow_hired. Clicking "Founding Member" or a job-role "notify me" button logs that interest the same way, tied to the page you clicked it on.
Who processes your data
Supabase (database and, once sign-in launches, authentication) and Railway (hosting) run this site. Once we add email confirmations (not live yet), we'll name the transactional email provider here too. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist entries until you ask us to delete them or until snow_hired either launches (and you create a real account) or is discontinued. Deletion requests: contact details will be posted here once our support inbox is live; until then, this policy itself is the record of that commitment.
